It includes fruit, vegetables (except potatoes and beet), cottage cheese (only in the natural form, 4,5-9% of fat content), low-fat fish, boiled chicken without skin, porridges (buckwheat, porridge).

“You have to train hard” means daily sport activities during an hour. Choose the sport type you like, it’s possible to go even for dancing. Experience shows: you’ll give up very quickly everything what isn’t pleasant for you. Indispensable condition: three times a week you have to sweat properly. If you have a big surplus of weight (over 100 kilograms), consult the doctor and only after that walk every evening, for greater effect put weightson your ankles.

Trainng hour can be divided into 2 sets (half an hour each) at first: swim, jump on a jump rope, twist a hoop, make sets of exercises. Remember: it’s necessary to eat porridge and fish (chicken) 1,5-2 hours prior to a training to have strength for sport.

Bodyflex

The first advice to beginners; count at least for a year to get used to the system. Many people think so: I will keep to a diet a little, make bodyflex and my 20 kilograms of overweight gained during few years will disappear for a few months. As a result the only thing that is lost is the desire to lose weight because of an unattainable purpose.
